Focus Land là ứng dụng hẹn giờ tập trung do BnB Studio (“chúng tôi”) phát triển cho iPhone, iPad và Android. Trang này cho biết app và trang web getfocusland.com thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng vào việc gì, lưu ở đâu và bạn kiểm soát dữ liệu đó ra sao.

Tóm tắt

• Dùng app không cần tài khoản. Chưa đăng nhập thì mọi dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy của bạn.
• Đăng nhập là tuỳ chọn, chỉ để sao lưu và đồng bộ khu vườn giữa các máy.
• Không quảng cáo, không bán dữ liệu, không theo dõi bạn trên các app, trang web khác, không dùng công cụ phân tích hành vi.
• Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu đã đồng bộ ngay trong app.

1. Dữ liệu lưu trên máy của bạn

App lưu trên máy: khu vườn (cây trồng, vật nuôi, đồ trang trí, xu, cấp độ), lịch sử các phiên tập trung, việc cần làm, chủ đề phiên và cài đặt của bạn. Widget trên màn hình chính đọc dữ liệu này từ vùng lưu trữ của app trên chính máy đó. Nhạc tải thêm cũng được lưu trên máy để nghe lại không cần mạng. Những dữ liệu này không rời khỏi máy nếu bạn không đăng nhập.

2. Tài khoản và đồng bộ (tuỳ chọn)

Bạn có thể đăng nhập bằng Apple (trên iPhone, iPad) hoặc Google. Khi đăng nhập, chúng tôi nhận từ Apple hoặc Google: mã định danh tài khoản, địa chỉ email (với Apple có thể là email ẩn danh do Apple chuyển tiếp), tên và ảnh đại diện nếu bạn cho phép chia sẻ. Chúng tôi không nhận mật khẩu của bạn.

Sau khi đăng nhập, các dữ liệu sau được đồng bộ lên máy chủ: khu vườn và tổng thời gian tập trung, việc cần làm (nội dung, trạng thái), chủ đề phiên (tên, biểu tượng, màu), lịch sử phiên tập trung (thời điểm bắt đầu, thời lượng, chủ đề, việc gắn kèm) và cài đặt. Mục đích duy nhất là sao lưu và đồng bộ giữa các máy của bạn. Máy chủ do Supabase cung cấp; mỗi tài khoản chỉ đọc và sửa được dữ liệu của chính mình.

Nếu app có tính năng chia sẻ vườn và bạn chủ động chia sẻ, một bản sao phần nhìn thấy được của khu vườn, tên bạn đặt cho vườn và tổng thời gian tập trung sẽ hiển thị cho người dùng Focus Land khác đã đăng nhập. Bạn có thể ngừng chia sẻ bất cứ lúc nào.

3. Gói Focus Land Pro

Việc mua gói Pro do Apple App Store hoặc Google Play xử lý; chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu thông tin thẻ hay phương thức thanh toán. Để xác nhận và khôi phục gói trên các máy, app dùng RevenueCat. RevenueCat nhận: mã người dùng (do RevenueCat tạo, hoặc mã tài khoản Focus Land nếu bạn đã đăng nhập), biên lai và lịch sử mua, thông tin cơ bản về thiết bị và cửa hàng (hệ điều hành, phiên bản app, quốc gia, tiền tệ).

4. Nhạc tải thêm

Danh sách nhạc và các bài nhạc tải thêm được lấy từ Cloudflare R2. Như mọi máy chủ web, Cloudflare có thể ghi nhận địa chỉ IP, thời điểm và thông tin thiết bị của lượt tải để vận hành và bảo vệ dịch vụ. Chúng tôi không gắn thông tin này với tài khoản của bạn.

5. Thông báo

Lời nhắc mỗi tối và thông báo hết phiên là thông báo cục bộ do chính máy bạn lên lịch. App không dùng máy chủ gửi thông báo đẩy. Bạn có thể tắt thông báo trong app hoặc trong cài đặt của máy.

6. Trang web getfocusland.com

Trang web là trang tĩnh chạy trên Cloudflare, không đặt cookie và không dùng công cụ phân tích. Cloudflare có thể ghi nhật ký kỹ thuật (như địa chỉ IP) để vận hành và chống tấn công.

7. Những điều chúng tôi không làm

• Không hiển thị quảng cáo, không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho bên quảng cáo.
• Không theo dõi bạn trên các app, trang web của bên khác.
• Không truy cập vị trí, danh bạ, ảnh, micro hay camera.

8. Lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệu

Dữ liệu trên máy còn tới khi bạn xoá app. Dữ liệu đã đồng bộ được giữ tới khi bạn xoá tài khoản. Trong app, vào Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản để xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu đồng bộ trên máy chủ. Đăng xuất thì dữ liệu trên máy chủ vẫn còn để bạn đăng nhập lại. Hồ sơ mua hàng do Apple, Google và RevenueCat giữ theo chính sách của họ; bạn có thể gửi email cho chúng tôi để yêu cầu xoá phần do RevenueCat lưu.

9. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền xem, sửa, xuất hoặc xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình. Phần lớn có thể làm ngay trong app; với các yêu cầu khác, hãy gửi email tới địa chỉ bên dưới, chúng tôi sẽ trả lời trong vòng 30 ngày.

10. Bảo mật và nơi lưu trữ

Mọi kết nối giữa app và máy chủ đều được mã hoá (HTTPS). Máy chủ của Supabase, RevenueCat và Cloudflare có thể đặt ở ngoài Việt Nam; các nhà cung cấp này chỉ xử lý dữ liệu để cung cấp dịch vụ cho Focus Land.

11. Trẻ em

Focus Land không nhắm tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn biết một trẻ em đã đăng nhập và đồng bộ dữ liệu, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.

12. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang.

Focus Land is a focus timer app for iPhone, iPad and Android developed by BnB Studio (“we”). This page explains what data the app and the website getfocusland.com collect, why, where it is stored, and how you control it.

Summary

• You can use the app without an account. Until you sign in, all your data stays on your device.
• Signing in is optional and only used to back up and sync your garden across devices.
• No ads, no selling of data, no tracking across other apps or websites, no behavioural analytics.
• You can delete your account and all synced data from inside the app.

1. Data stored on your device

The app stores on your device: your garden (crops, animals, decorations, coins, level), your focus session history, to-dos, session topics and settings. Home screen widgets read this data from the app’s storage on the same device. Downloaded music is also kept on the device for offline listening. None of this leaves your device unless you sign in.

2. Account and sync (optional)

You can sign in with Apple (on iPhone and iPad) or Google. When you sign in, we receive from Apple or Google: an account identifier, your email address (with Apple this may be a private relay address), and your name and profile photo if you choose to share them. We never receive your password.

Once signed in, the following is synced to our server: your garden and total focus time, to-dos (text, status), session topics (name, emoji, color), focus session history (start time, duration, topic, linked to-do) and settings. It is used only to back up and sync your data across your devices. The server is provided by Supabase; each account can only read and change its own data.

If the app offers garden sharing and you choose to share, a copy of the visible part of your garden, the name you give it and your total focus time are shown to other signed-in Focus Land users. You can stop sharing at any time.

3. Focus Land Pro

Pro purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive or store your card or payment details. To verify and restore your subscription across devices the app uses RevenueCat, which receives: a user ID (generated by RevenueCat, or your Focus Land account ID if you are signed in), purchase receipts and history, and basic device and store information (operating system, app version, country, currency).

4. Downloadable music

The music list and downloadable tracks are served from Cloudflare R2. Like any web server, Cloudflare may log the IP address, time and device information of each download to operate and protect the service. We do not link this information to your account.

5. Notifications

The evening reminder and end-of-session alerts are local notifications scheduled by your own device. The app does not use a push notification server. You can turn notifications off in the app or in your device settings.

6. Website getfocusland.com

The website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Cloudflare may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run the service and prevent abuse.

7. What we don’t do

• We don’t show ads, and we don’t sell or share your data with advertisers.
• We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We don’t access your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

8. Retention and deletion

Data on your device stays until you delete the app. Synced data is kept until you delete your account. In the app, go to Settings → Delete account to delete your account and all synced data from our server. Signing out keeps your server data so you can sign in again. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies; you can email us to request deletion of the data RevenueCat holds for us.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Most of this can be done in the app; for anything else, email us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.

10. Security and storage location

All connections between the app and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Supabase, RevenueCat and Cloudflare may store data outside your country; these providers process data only to provide their services to Focus Land.

11. Children

Focus Land is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has signed in and synced data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
